Founded in 1962, the League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County has worked for decades to support and expand voting rights.

We have studied issues, registered voters, worked at the polls, provided factual, timely information on a variety of topics, and taken positions on issues that affect voting rights and/or impact our community.

For over 100 years the League of Women Voters has advocated for voting rights for all citizens. We have marched, written letters, and supported legislation that made democratic representation the law of the land.
