The League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County is partnering with the South County Chambers of Commerce to moderate a forum for candidates for Arroyo Grande City Council and Mayor on September 19, 2024, 6:00 p.m.- 7:30 p.m. The forum will be held in person at the South County Regional Center, 800 W Branch St in Arroyo Grande. It will also be live-streamed on SLO-Span and on Arroyo Grande Channel 20 for residents of Arroyo Grande.

Candidates forums are intended to provide the public with an opportunity to learn about the candidates and their views on the issues. Community members are encouraged to attend the forum and to submit questions for the candidates at the forum. Questions should be on the issues and applicable to all candidates.

The League encourages everyone to register and vote. We urge voters to visit www.slovote.com to check their registration status, register to vote, or change their address.
