About Our Moderator: Michael Foote
Michael comes to the REACH Central Coast team with a background in management and stakeholder engagement serving for over a decade as a branch manager at SESLOC and most recently as a Community Engagement Coordinator for Habitat for Humanity. He is a recent graduate of Cal Poly’s Masters in Public Policy Program and has dove deep into policy related to community planning in the areas of housing and homelessness. Find out more about REACH

Scott Collins
Over a fifteen-year career, Scott has built a reputation as someone who delivers lasting results in a variety of government settings. From overseeing major departments like public works to facilitating budget decision-making processes that strengthen links between community priorities and our limited revenues, from managing complex projects to connecting residents and businesses with their local officials in ways that increase support for the City organization, he understands what it takes to help governmental organizations succeed in these rapidly evolving times. Damien Mavis
Damien graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In 2003, he co-founded Covelop Inc., a full-service real estate development firm. He manages both residential and commercial development projects in ten states. He navigates the complex regulatory and entitlement process before handing the projects over to the construction team. Ken Trigueiro
Since joining PSHH in 2005, Ken has served in many roles, including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Real Estate Finance. With extensive experience accumulated through a 30+ year distinguished career in banking and affordable housing, Ken brings an innovative combination of executive skills to his role as CEO & President. He earned his undergraduate degree in Agricultural Business Management from Cal Poly and his MBA in Finance & Banking from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
Ken is proud to have originated and developed numerous rental projects, many transformed from distressed investments. His passion is increasing local affordable housing opportunities with supportive services and building on the organization’s strong foundation.
