UPCOMING CANDIDATES FORUMS | June 2 Primary Election
Hear Directly from the Candidates
The League of Women Voters of San Luis Obispo County is partnering with local organizations to present in-person candidates forums. Candidates forums are intended to provide the public with an opportunity to learn about the candidates and their views on the issues. Community members are encouraged to attend the forums and to submit questions for the candidates at the forum. Questions should be on the issues and applicable to all candidates.
The forums will be live-streamed on slo-span.org and available on the League's YouTube channel for later viewing. For additional information contact the League of Women Voters at (805) 242-6990 or candidateforums@lwvslo.org. | | County Clerk-Recorder

NO KINGS EVENTS ON SATURDAY, MARCH 28 |
NO KINGS 3.0 is a national day of nonviolent action and mass mobilization in response to the increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption of the Trump administration. People of good will all over our country will be getting loud to protest ICE raids, the war in Iran, the rising cost of living, and the decimation of healthcare, science, and environmental protections. Alongside leaders from across the pro-democracy and pro-worker movements, we will demonstrate nonviolent people power that outpaces any authoritarian agenda. In America, we don't have kings!
A number of No Kings events are being held throughout SLO County on Saturday, March 28. We urge you to attend a No Kings event near you.
League member Joanne Schultz will be speaking on behalf of our local League at the No Kings Rally in San Luis Obispo. We will also have a table in Action Alley beside the Courthouse building. We hope to see many of our members and friends there!
