ICE actions don’t happen in the abstract, they shape real lives, families, and communities. This panel examines how the law is supposed to govern immigration enforcement, and where concerns about overreach, rights violations, and accountability emerge. Through legal analysis and community-informed examples, we’ll explore ICE's permissible actions, existing protections, and how to understand enforcement in practice—not just in theory—with space for practical next steps.
