What is 2-1-1? Lunch & Learn with the League luncheon will feature talk by Linda McGregor, executive director of Hotline of San Luis Obispo County Inc. on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The lunch and talk will be held at Rosa's Restaurant, 491 Price St., Pismo Beach.
